Anyone can create these ads an it does not need to be for a business.

Kelsey talks about the how often people are on Facebook and social media. So if people are spending much time on Facebook they can see these ads and explore some of these organizations. In terms of importance, if you want to get people or your friends and family to see something you can create an ad. Kelsey says "there's not a right or wrong time to use them -- but the most common use is promoting Facebook pages" (Kelsey 82). So use these ads to promote what you wants. This will help draw individuals to the pages and help you gain support. With these ads. you can see statistics that will show how much attention your page is bringing in. You can see the views, clicks, click-through rate, and more. This will help you see if your ad is effective or not. You can learn different way to gain individuals attentions by looking at the stats.

Kelsey shows in his book, in chapter 4, how to create ads and campaign. You can create you campaign and get this connected to where you want people to go. Also, this will allow the user ti define their audience, pick languages, show interests, and more. You put money into the page and Facebook will help you with your ads. Kelsey shows you how to the monitor the page, with the different stats. Some times there is free Facebook ads if you look into Wix or Godaddy.
